What happens next
You receive a reference after the report is stored in the private queue for operator review. An operator checks the reported material and available task records, may request evidence and may restrict access first for a credible urgent safety or rights concern. The operator records the outcome and communicates the decision to your supplied reply email where possible, subject to privacy, safety and legal limits. Depending on severity, the response may be task rejection, link restriction or content removal; serious or repeated abuse may lead to service restrictions under the Acceptable Use Policy. Reports do not automatically establish wrongdoing, ban an account or forfeit credits. To appeal, send a private support request at /contact with the report reference and reasons or new evidence. No fixed response or resolution time is guaranteed.
