Permission and adult subjects
Only upload photos of adults when you have permission from everyone shown and the right to use the images. A checkbox or automated check cannot prove age or ownership.
Prohibited content
These rules cover uploads, prompts and outputs. No pornography / NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive or harmful content. Violence / gore, hate speech targeting protected characteristics, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), deepfakes / impersonation, and copyright / trademark infringement are prohibited. No sexual exploitation, illegal content, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, fraud, terrorism, instructions to create weapons of mass destruction or unauthorized likeness use. Do not submit minors, protected songs, or material you lack permission to process. Do not fabricate a real person’s actions or endorsement or bypass safety controls; consent alone does not make a prohibited use acceptable.
Checks and enforcement
Generation remains unavailable until actual input and output review is operational. We do not claim an active automated image/video moderation service, continuous human pre-screening or perfect detection. Supplier safety checks do not replace Burning Bridges’s responsibility for its own review and delivery decisions. After operator review, proportionate actions may include rejecting a task, disabling a shared link or removing violating content; urgent safety or rights concerns may justify temporarily restricting access before the review is complete. Serious or repeated abuse may justify restriction, suspension or termination of service under these Terms, subject to operator intervention; this is not an automatic account-ban system. These measures do not automatically freeze, revoke or forfeit purchased credits. Confirmed generation failure or moderation rejection returns reserved task credits under the Refund Policy; cash refunds and other financial decisions are assessed separately.
Report a concern
Use the private Report content form at /report. Provide the content URL or task reference, reason, supporting details and a reply email; rights holders should explain their authority and the work or likeness concerned. You receive a reference after the report is stored in our private queue for operator review. An operator checks the material, available task records and your explanation, may ask for more information, and may restrict access while assessing a credible urgent concern. A report alone does not prove wrongdoing. The operator records the outcome and uses the supplied reply email to communicate the decision where possible, subject to privacy, safety and legal limits. To appeal or supply further evidence, use /contact and include the report reference and reasons for reconsideration. No fixed response or resolution time is guaranteed.
